This spring menu is exemplary of nineteen21 restaurant’s founding principle using seasonal ingredients and local produce.
As for mains the nineteen21 team have created Crispy Skin Salmon with warm potato salad, asparagus and salsa verde. Match this dish with a glass of Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc or try the Salt Baked Pork Belly served with potato gratin, celeriac, baby carrots, broccolini.
In addition, you can choose two of our chefs selected meals and a bottle of wine (selected wine) from $68 per couple (guests price). Members receive 10% discount.
Our chefs are working closely with our local suppliers to secure the best available produce at any given time. Our meat and poultry are selected and prepared by our in-house butcher and our desserts are baked by our in-house pastry chefs.
